We invited a few of her friends and their parents over and had a lovely afternoon. The girls made foam princess crowns and the boys made mad scientist goggles (a few boyish crowns snuck in there as well... shhhh). It was a cold day (relatively speaking since we're in Louisiana), so a lunch of soup and sandwiches was perfect and Abi even had her own cupcake tower. After an intense round of present opening, the kids played outside for a bit before heading home for naptime. It was a fun day for all and we were so glad to celebrate the birthday of our own little princess!
