Abigail is 1!!

Thanks to everyone who was able to celebrate Abi's first birthday when we were home for Thanksgiving. We had so much fun in the barn, or in Abi's case, walking along the drain in the barn. Oh well, you only turn 1 once! Party hard, Abigail!

Abi actually turned 1 on Monday and we ate cake at home (she devoured an entire piece... not just the icing this time) and we opened her presents. Joey picked out a cute outfit for her in his favorite color, pink. And Dave and I have her a shape sorter hippo and the Little People Busy Day Home, which Abi and Joey fight over regularly. The try to share, but 2 little people with a "mine" mentality doesn't always work well.

Happy Birthday, Abigail!

At one, Abi is a handful, but she has the best laugh I've ever heard out of such a little body. She and Joey can work each other into such a fit of giggles, it's contagious. Abi is no longer walking, but running. She jibber jabbers all day... if only we knew what she was saying! She's a very happy little girl and has a wonderful sense of humor and a never ending bag of tricks. She makes crazy faces, cocks her head to the side when you say "awww" and loves to play peek-a-boo (especially during church). She loves to wear bows in her hair and when they fall out, she tries to put them back in. Abi is growing up so fast... my baby is 1!
