A few weeks ago, Joey started his third season of soccer. There are 7 kids on his team and Dave is the coach again. Joey has improved his soccer skills so much from this time last year and more importantly, he's participating in the game, rather than doing somersaults or staring into space. He and his teammates are focusing more this season and are holding their own against the other teams. Some of the boys are naturally offensive, while others are born defenders. Joey has been getting his foot on the ball quite a bit. He has yet to score a goal, but we're thinking it's coming soon!
** Side note to Dave: don't laugh at my lack of soccer jargon. There's no handbook for beginner soccer moms! LOL **

Awww! Today was our first soccer practice for Breuklyn and Maddux starts on Thursday. We went from tennis stars (ha!) to soccer moms. I love it!
